Eligibility Criteria & Qualifications

Navik (GD) Qualification 10+2 passed with Mathematics and Physics from an education board recognized by Council of Boards for School Education (COBSE).
Yantrik Qualification Class 10th passed plus 3 or 4 years Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical / Electronics / Telecommunication Engineering approved by AICTE.
Age Limits 18 to 22 years (Born between 01 Mar 2005 and 28 Feb 2009). Age relaxation applies as per central govt rules.

Pay Scale & Allowances

Basic Pay for Navik (GD) is Rs. 21,700/- (Pay Level-3) and for Yantrik is Rs. 29,200/- (Pay Level-5) plus Yantrik Pay of Rs. 6,200/- per month. Includes Dearness Allowance, free ration, medical treatment, and CSD canteen privileges.

Selection Process & Examination Pattern

  1. Stage I: Computer Based Test: Section I (General Ability) and Section II (Maths/Physics for GD) / Section III-V (Technical diploma for Yantrik).
  2. Stage II: Physical Fitness Test & Document Verification: 1.6 km run in 7 minutes, 20 squat ups (Uthak Baithak), and 10 push-ups.
  3. Stage III: Final Medicals & Induction: Final medical check at INS Chilka followed by training commencement.

  2. Create a profile using valid Aadhaar card and active mobile number.
  3. Fill personal, academic, and contact details with precise exam city preferences.
  4. Upload photograph, signature, left-hand thumb impression, and 10th/12th/Diploma marksheets.
  5. Pay examination fee of Rs. 300/- online (SC/ST candidates are exempt).
  6. Submit and save the e-application confirmation.
