Eligibility Criteria & Qualifications
| Assistant Manager (IT) | B.E./B.Tech in CS/IT/ECE or MCA/M.Sc (IT) from recognized University with min 60% marks. |
| Deputy Manager (Systems) | B.Tech/MCA with minimum 2-3 years relevant post-qualification experience in cloud, networking, or database administration. |

Pay Scale & Allowances
Regular Scale-I Officers start at basic pay Rs. 48,480/- in the pay scale Rs. 48480-2010/7-62550-2340/2-67230-2680/7-85920. Gross salary in Mumbai approximates Rs. 85,000/- per month plus bank leased accommodation, PF, gratuity, and medical reimbursement.
Selection Process & Examination Pattern
- Stage 1: Shortlisting: Screening of applications by Shortlisting Committee based on academic merit, technical certifications, and relevant job experience.
- Stage 2: Personal Interview: Interview evaluating technical expertise, banking technology domain knowledge, and leadership aptitude (100 marks).
