Eligibility Criteria & Qualifications
| Educational Qualifications | Bachelor’s degree in Law OR Bachelor’s degree in Engineering OR Master’s Degree in any discipline OR CA / CS / CWA / CFA / Ph.D from recognized University with min 60% marks. |

Pay Scale & Allowances
Grade A Officers in SIDBI draw starting basic pay Rs. 44,500/- in the scale Rs. 44500-2500(4)-54500-2850(7)-74450-EB-2850(4)-85850-3300(1)-89150. Total gross monthly pay is approx Rs. 1,00,000/- with leased housing up to Rs. 40,000/-, conveyance allowance, subsidized loans, and superannuation benefits.
Selection Process & Examination Pattern
- Phase I: Online Examination: Objective test of 200 marks (Reasoning, English, Quantitative, General Awareness with MSME focus) + 50 marks Descriptive English Test (2 essays + 1 business letter).
- Phase II: Personal Interview: In-person interview carrying 100 marks evaluating credit knowledge, personality, and communication skills.
