Official Hall Ticket Update: The Railway Recruitment Boards (RRBs) have officially activated the Exam City Intimation Slip and E-Call Letter Download Portal for the CEN 05/2026 Non-Technical Popular Categories (NTPC) Stage-1 Computer Based Test (CBT). Registered candidates across all 21 regional RRB boards can log in with their Registration Number and Date of Birth to download their hall tickets and check their assigned exam centers.

Eligibility Criteria & Qualifications
| Mandatory Exam Day Documents | Printed copy of E-Call Letter, Original Valid Photo Identity Proof (Aadhaar Card, Voter ID, Passport, PAN), and 2 passport-size photographs. |
| Aadhaar Verification | Aadhaar enabled Biometric Authentication will be performed at the examination center. Ensure Aadhaar details are updated. |
Pay Scale & Allowances
Candidates must report at the designated venue strictly per the reporting time printed on their official call letter. Electronic devices, smartwatches, and study materials are strictly banned inside exam centers.
Selection Process & Examination Pattern
- CBT-1 Examination Pattern: 100 Multiple Choice Questions: 40 General Awareness, 30 Mathematics, and 30 General Intelligence & Reasoning. Duration: 90 Minutes.
- Marking Scheme: 1 mark for each correct answer; negative marking of 1/3rd mark for every wrong response.

- Enter your Registration Number and Date of Birth (DD-MM-YYYY) in the candidate login portal.
- Click on “Login” to view your allocated Exam City, Shift Time, and Examination Date.
- Download the official E-Call Letter PDF and take a color printout for examination day entry.
