Eligibility Criteria & Qualifications
| Educational Qualification | Full-time regular Bachelor’s Degree of three years in Science (B.Sc) with Physics and Mathematics OR Full-time regular Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering in any discipline (Physics & Mathematics must be subjects in any one semester). |
| Language Proficiency | Candidate must have minimum spoken and written English proficiency of 10+2 level. |
| Age Limit | Maximum 27 years as of closing date. Relaxations: OBC (3 years), SC/ST (5 years). |
Pay Scale & Allowances
Junior Executives (ATC) are appointed in the E-1 IDA pay scale of Rs. 40,000 – 3% – 1,40,000. Basic pay starts at Rs. 40,000 + IDA (approx 44%) + Perks @ 35% + HRA + Medical facilities. The annual Cost to Company (CTC) stands at approximately Rs. 13.5 Lakhs.
Selection Process & Examination Pattern
- Computer Based Test (CBT): 120 Objective Questions in 120 minutes with NO negative marking. Part A: English, Reasoning, Quant, GK (60 marks); Part B: Physics & Maths (60 marks).
- Voice Test & Psychoactive Substance Screening: Voice modulation test and mandatory drug screening as per DGCA norms.
- Document Verification & Medical Examination: Class-3 Medical Assessment verifying vision and fitness standards.
