Eligibility Criteria & Qualifications
| Educational Criteria (Generalists) | Graduate / Post Graduate degree in any discipline from a recognized University with at least 60% marks in aggregate (55% for SC/ST/PwBD). |
| Educational Criteria (Hindi Officers) | Master’s Degree in Hindi with English as a compulsory subject at Degree level, OR Master’s Degree in English with Hindi as a subject with min 60% marks. |
| Age Requirements | 21 to 30 years as of June 30, 2026. Upper age relaxation: 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC (NCL), 10 years for PwBD candidates. |
Pay Scale & Allowances
Selected Administrative Officers are appointed at a starting basic pay of Rs. 50,925/- in the pay scale of Rs. 50925-2500(14)-85925-2710(4)-96765. Total gross monthly emoluments approximate Rs. 88,000/- in Class ‘A’ cities, plus comprehensive medical coverage, subsidized loans, contributory provident fund, gratuity, and leased accommodation facilities.
Selection Process & Examination Pattern
- Phase I: Preliminary Online Exam: 100 Objective MCQs (English Language 30 marks, Reasoning Ability 35 marks, Quantitative Aptitude 35 marks) with sectional timing of 20 minutes each.
- Phase II: Main Online Examination: 200 Objective marks (Reasoning, English, General Awareness, Quantitative Aptitude) + 30 marks Descriptive Test (Letter Writing & Essay in English).
- Phase III: Personal Interview: Final interview conducted at designated company headquarters evaluating personality, professional knowledge, and suitability.
