Eligibility Criteria & Qualifications
| Academic Qualifications | 3-Year Diploma in Engineering in the relevant discipline from an AICTE or State Board recognized institute passed on or after 01 July 2023. |
| Age Criteria | Maximum 21 years as of 01 August 2026. Age relaxations: 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC, 10 years for PwBD. |
| Nationality | Only Indian Nationals are eligible. |
Pay Scale & Allowances
Selected Diploma Apprentices receive a consolidated monthly stipend of Rs. 12,500/- during the 1-year apprenticeship duration, along with canteen facilities, medical amenities at the factory health centre, and authorized industrial training certification.
Selection Process & Examination Pattern
- Stage 1: Written Examination: Objective type written test evaluating domain engineering knowledge and general aptitude conducted by BEL.
- Stage 2: Document Verification: Verification of original diploma certificates, mark sheets, NATS registration acknowledgment, and caste certificates.
- Stage 3: Pre-Engagement Medical Fitness: Medical fitness examination conducted as per BEL medical standards.
