Eligibility Criteria & Qualifications
| Educational Qualification | A candidate must have passed the written and practical parts of the final M.B.B.S. examination from a recognized Medical College. Compulsory rotating internship must be completed prior to joining. |
| Age Threshold | A candidate must not have attained the age of 32 years as of August 1, 2026 (born not earlier than 02-08-1994). Age relaxable up to 35 years for CHS sub-cadre and up to 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC. |
| Physical Fitness | Candidates must be declared medically fit by a duly constituted Medical Board in accordance with Central Health Service regulations. |
Pay Scale & Allowances
Selected Medical Officers are placed in Pay Level 10 of the 7th CPC (Rs. 56,100 – 1,77,500). In addition to basic pay, doctors receive Non-Practicing Allowance (NPA) of 20% of basic pay, Central DA, HRA, and Annual PG Allowance. Total gross starting remuneration exceeds Rs. 1,08,000/- per month.
Selection Process & Examination Pattern
- Part I: Computer Based Written Examination (500 Marks): Paper I: General Medicine and Paediatrics (250 Marks, 2 hours). Paper II: Surgery, Gynaecology & Obstetrics, and Preventive & Social Medicine (250 Marks, 2 hours).
- Part II: Personality Test / Interview (100 Marks): Conducted at UPSC Dholpur House evaluating professional clinical acumen, intellectual curiosity, judgment, and administrative aptitude.

- Verify pre-filled details and select examination centre.
- Pay application fee of Rs. 200/- (Female, SC, ST, and PwBD candidates are exempt).
- Upload photo ID card and submit application.
- Download and retain the acknowledgment receipt.
