Eligibility Criteria & Qualifications
| Educational Qualification | Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized Indian University or Institution approved by the Central Government. |
| Age Limit (as on 01/09/2026) | Minimum 21 years and maximum 30 years. Upper age relaxations: 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC, 10 years for PwBD. |
Pay Scale & Allowances
Basic pay of Rs. 53,600/- per month in the scale of Rs. 53600- 2645(14) -90630- 2865(4) -102090 and other admissible allowances. Total gross emoluments at the minimum of the scale will be approximately Rs. 92,870/- per month in ‘A’ Class city along with pension, gratuity, LTC, cash medical benefit, group mediclaim, and vehicle loan facilities.
Selection Process & Examination Pattern
- Phase-I: Preliminary Examination: Objective test (100 Questions, 70 Marks, 1 hour): Reasoning (35 Qs), Quantitative Aptitude (35 Qs), and English (30 Qs – Qualifying only).
- Phase-II: Main Examination: Objective test (300 marks, 2 hours) covering Reasoning, GA/Current Affairs, Data Analysis, Insurance & Financial Market Awareness + Descriptive English test (25 marks).
- Phase-III: Interview & Pre-Recruitment Medical: Interview carrying 60 marks conducted at LIC Zonal Centres followed by standard medical test.
