Eligibility Criteria & Qualifications
| General Stream | Bachelor’s Degree in any subject from a recognized University with a minimum of 60% marks (SC/ST/PWBD 55%) in aggregate OR Post Graduate degree with minimum 55% marks. |
| Specialized Streams | Degree/PG in Agriculture, Animal Husbandry, Fisheries, IT, or Law with minimum 60% marks. |
| Age Requirements | 21 to 30 years as on closing date. Upper age relaxation applicable per Government of India rules. |
Pay Scale & Allowances
Selected candidates will draw a starting basic pay of Rs. 44,500/- p.m. in the scale of Rs. 44500-2500(4)-54500-2850(7)-74450-EB-2850(4)-85850-3300(1)-89150. Initial gross monthly emoluments stand at approx. Rs. 1,00,000/- with bank accommodation, medical facilities, interest-subsidy home loans, and LFC.
Selection Process & Examination Pattern
- Phase I: Online Screening Exam: 200 Questions (200 Marks) covering Reasoning, English, Computer, Quant, GA, Decision Making, and Merit sections (Eco & Social Issues, Agriculture & Rural Development).
- Phase II: Online Main Examination: Paper 1: General English (Descriptive, 100 Marks). Paper 2: Economic & Social Issues and Agri & Rural Development (Objective & Descriptive, 100 Marks).
- Phase III: Personal Interview: Interview carrying 50 marks conducted at NABARD Regional Offices.
