Eligibility Criteria & Qualifications
| Educational Criteria | Graduate Degree in Engineering (B.E. / B.Tech) with minimum 60% marks OR Post Graduate Degree in Geo-sciences/Chemistry with 60% marks. |
| Age Criteria | Maximum 30 years for unreserved candidates (33 years for OBC, 35 years for SC/ST). For Drilling posts, upper age limit is 28 years. |
Pay Scale & Allowances
Executive Trainees are placed in E-1 Pay Band (Rs. 60,000 to 1,80,000) with 35% cafeteria perks, performance related pay (PRP), company accommodation/HRA, and full medical coverage for self and family.
Selection Process & Examination Pattern
- Weightage Stage I: GATE Performance: 60% weightage allocated to normalized marks scored in the relevant GATE examination paper.
- Weightage Stage II: Academic Qualifications: Up to 25 marks (20 marks for essential qualification + 5 marks for in-line higher qualifications like M.Tech/Ph.D).
- Weightage Stage III: Personal Interview: 15 marks evaluated by the central executive selection board.
